Collection of Works by James Ensor,
Gift of Oscar Fischer and Maurice Lewin

The collection of works by James Ensor, Gift of Oscar Fischer and Maurice Lewin of Antwerp, was added to the Museum Collection in the 1930s, shortly after the founding of the Museum. The collection includes seventeen works by the important Belgian artist, representing different periods and themes in his oeuvre.
